Much of my art reflects my interest in the stages of life. Surrealism and stories of the past, present, and future play a big part in my desire to express my interpretation of the world from a chronological perspective. I incorporate the idea of transparency in my work, while infusing dreamlike elements. 

I am very influenced by 19th Century European artists such as Gustav Klimt, Dante Rossetti and Edward Burne-Jones. I enjoy painting as a tool of both escape and discovery.
